now i would like to go there with my child
how can i get the dependent visa to go to UK

Dependant visa Switch

I am presently on Work Permit visa dependant status. Soon we will be applying for Tier-1 status and I will switch to Tier-1 dependant status. I wish to know if

iam swetha,studying MSc International Business in Scotland.I started my course from Jan 2008. My visa will expire in the month of Feb 2009. My husband is in India. I am a Nigerian, i have been on student visa since 2005, i only rcently renewed my resident permit visa. I have been a single mother since my daughter was 3 months. I left her with my mum when i was coming to the UK. Now my mother is growing weak with old age and not able to take care of her anymore. i applied 3 time student dependent visa for my wife, and refused, i showed statement of 27000 pounds, and each and every thing they required, and the stuppid entry clearance officer said that,
what's the proof that i will return to my country and how much salary i will get and what will be my post, and i am not a student,and i am doing msc networks and performance engineering, i dont have enough amount in my account , and my company is paying for my fee, all this bullshit, crazy mother f***ers they don't know anything and refuse visa.
they are stuppid people, i don't know why people go to uk for study, i did big mistake that i chose uk, they don't teach anything but just charge alot,
