regarding rejected visa applying again

hello,
iam swetha,studying MSc International Business in Scotland.I started my course from Jan 2008. My visa will expire in the month of Feb 2009. My husband is in India. He had applied for visa as a dependent but it got rejected, due to the mismatching of the application which I submitted when I applied from which he applied in the month of Feb2008.
He wants to apply again so can u please help us in better ways to apply once again.please mail to
