• it depends on your mother's case. some of the requirements are if your mother is over 60 yrs old and widow. that she has no other very close relative back home i.e your brothers or sisters to depend on. that you can prove that she has been solely dependent on you financially. a death certificate of your father (if your mother is widowed) will be needed to. i know all these because i got my mother to uk on dependent visa via my husband who is a british citizen. hope this helps with your query.
