Buying in CT

Gordon's bay is not in Cape Town itsself - but about a 20 minute drive away. I have lived in Cape Town and it depends what you are looking for - Family homes close to good schools are in Rondebosch/Claremont area. Very Pricey, but beautiful old homes are in the Bishops Court/Constantia area.
If you are looking for something beach side - Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, Seapoint and Mouille POint are all good options as well as the Waterfront (again, more pricey as on the marina)
It is impossible to say what the best area is, but Camps Bay/Bakoven is the most exclusive beach front living...BT 23 Apr 2008, 09:47 - Report
