I have an apartment in a villa in the area of Maroussi, in Pefki a nice green and quiet area
It is a 2-bedroom apartment fully furnished with all comforts and electrical appliances.
I advertise it for 850Euro monthly rent, but since you are looking for 1 bedroom apartment I can give it to you cheaper, depending on time period.My last tenent was a Brirish young man expert in computers but his company was relocated so he had to leave the apartment.
