I want to get more education

Hello,
I am a new commer to GERMANY living in Idstein walsdorf.I am nativly Afghan and have school deploma and I want to continue my education here in germany,Please give me some information how to continue and pay for all the courses I want to attend. By the way I have A1 dergree in german language and plunt in English, Pasto, Dari, Urdu.
