In The Netherlands, it is possible to obtain a diploma for secondary education in spite of maximal two 'insufficient' grades from the 8-10 subjects that are examined.
What are the minimum norms for pass or fail for German exams? If the regulations vary across the country, what is the general norm?
I would like to receive information about the number of subjects a student has to pass in the German exams, and how many of the grades maximally can be 'insufficient'.
