About visiting visa

  My name is sarath from Kerala,India.I am a B tech degree holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and i have i yr experience in the electrical field.I plan to go Dubai in visiting visa and attend the interviw. did it cause any problem.if i got job did company give employment visa??.
