Living Expensive

Hi,
I see that this page is offering a detailed estimate of living expenses in Dubai. From where I am now, I just want the total expenses, more or less. I was offered a salary of $3,800/month, plus free apartment. Could I live comfortably (food, water/power, transportation) in Dubai if I spend $1,500/month??
