HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH

• If there are any negative perceptions about South African nationals, quite honestly, it is their own doing.
  
  They are the only nation in the world that bad-mouth their own country. Most developing countries are faced with periods of adversity and South Africa is no exception. Look at the situation in Lebanon, and yet the Lebanese speak of Beirut as if it is Paris.
  
  Regardless of what happens on the home front, and regardless of your opinion, hold your head up high and people will accept and respect you.
