Seeking an employer to sponsor

Hi!
I am a Singapore citizen looking for an employer to sponsor me so I could move to Australia. I graduated with a Bachelors in Biomedical Science and have about 3 years of work experience as a secretary and in credit control. Since I am a new graduate the only way I can get a work visa is through employer sponsorship.
