Seeking an employer to sponsor me

Hi!

I am a US citizen looking for an employer to sponsor me so I could move to Australia, I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and have a wide array of work experience including marketing, business, sales etc. Since I am a new graduate the only way I can get a work visa is through employer sponsorship.

Can anybody help point me in the right direction?

I graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Biology in one of the University here in the Philippines, the Mindanao State Univesity, General Santos City Campus.
