extend my residence and business visa

  i had lived and a business and residence permite site 1992 to 2006.i had company and i do business very good in Hungary budapest 2005 oct i visited in canada i had a accident and brocken my hand my all medical treatment is finish in 2007 after my visa expire i come my home country in Delhi. i was visited one time in Hungary but i am not feel good i stay only 7 days and come back. now i want my live and extend my business and residence visa in Hungary,my company is stop activeties i wan start again making a new company and start a new business in Budapest please give e the advoice what i can do for my residence visa extend. please contact me my email [email removed]
