i need the health club manager/recreation manager jos in hotel or sports industry,clubs

I would like you to know that I was working for the Birla group as a Swimmingcoach , First-Aid and CPR Instructor, fitness trainer, swimming pool incharge , sports coordinator for the past 9 years. At present working at Majan Continental Hotel, Muscat as a Asst Manager Health club .
While working at this place the most important target was Customer Service to injure that the guest were satisfied and comfortable at our properties and could have a nice time and came again and again.
At the time of work I had done a special Training on Customer Service and completed 5 modules and Management for Supervisors (MFS) that was taking appraisal of staff. This training helped me to improve my skills and give much more satisfaction to the guest. I have always done my best to convince the guest and make them happy at our facility.
Have the knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, I got a good knowledge where Customer Service is needed and would go far beyond to see that the customers are happy. I would prove my best in collecting all the possible information and learning things faster.
If given a chance to join your Team as a Team Leader, I would do my best to prove my abilities and satisfy your needs in this field.
