Chinese National for Spain Visa

• I am a chinese national and live in the UK for the past 3 years on a student visa. I am gay and would like to move, live and work in Spain when my boyfriend moves over there later this year. He is a EEC national.
  
  Is there any way that we can stay together ad both move to Spain, setting up our own business over there?
  
  Any ideas and suggestions are welcome.
