Looking for advice

• Thank you in advance for reading and responding to my querry. I am potentially moving to dubia in the near future and am trying to determine if my housing allowance is sufficient for my needs.
  
  My office will be at the Crowne Plaza on Sheikh Zayed Road and I would prefer to live close to the office. I will need to RENT a 2 bedroom Villa or apartment (open to either) and my allowance will be roughly 12,000 UEA per month.
