  Working within the Risk Department of this well known gaming company in Gibraltar you will be investigating new customer accounts using various risk tools identifying potential card risk to the organisation. You will review all deposits using various risk tools identifying potential card risk to the organisation. Review customer withdrawals requests and transaction history ensuring that the organisation withdrawal policy has been adhered to and that the account has been used for legitimate purposes before withdrawal is passed to Finance for processing. In addition you will review all customer card and ID documentation, liaise with member services on a daily basis, process, monitor, investigate and dispute charge backs ensuring efficient maintenance of chargeback files as well as assist in developing controls, manuals and policies. In order to secure this position you ideally will be a recent graduate with a 2:1 or 2:2, have good people skills and a positive attitude, team player but also be able to work unsupervised.
