In order to secure this position you must have worked in a Customer Service role before and have an excellent phone manner and fluency in English plus be PC literate. You will be the 1st line customer contact point for customer account queries via phone and email. You will also be liaising with other internal departments to assist them with their queries. You will be trained on all the companies' in-house products but a general understanding of bookmaking, gaming and international sports is an advantage.
