Client Relations Executive – Puerto Banus

    Our client is looking for an individual with direct experience in post sales care process, either within or out of the Real Estate industry, previous experience in sales would be an advantage. You will be part of a new department within this well established company on the Coast. My client is only looking for individuals who are energetic and have the motivation to succeed in their job and be able to work un-supervised and use their own initiative. The principal focus will be to take clients post sale and develop long term relationships. Some of the key performance indicators that our client is looking for would be reduction in cancellations, incremental sales, additional referral business, through formal referral programme, supporting 3rd party suppliers with information requirements, speeding up the process by which clients move to contract and subsequent commission collections and sales of additional added value services, such as furniture packs and rental programmes. In addition you will be dealing directly with client queries and issues and supporting sales brokers with admin and reporting functions. This is a salaried and contract position with traditional working hours with the opportunity to add to your base salary with share of a bonus scheme and commissions on both property sales and service sales.
