Which Visa

• Hi I am a UK Citizen my partner is Canadian and I love her dearly,last year she was refused a working holiday visa on the grounds she would not leave,so i came to Canada, I have been here 6 months and now want to go home and take her with me
  What I want to know is what visa to apply for as a Working Holiday is obviously not the right one.We have been together
  1 year and 5 months ,and I am now thinking maybe the best thing to do is get engaged or married...
  any help would be helpful thank you

  Hi. My boyfriend is uk citizen and I am a Mexican citizen. We want to get married . . any idea what is the best way to do this? What kind of visa do I need? Is it better to get married in Mexico or UK? Do I need to apply or a visa before I move to uk?
