  By checking Camden Borough's website, all addresses on Great Ormond street can be listed, and the only one with this postal code (WC1N 3JH) is the Great Ormond Children's Hospital...

  I think the Borough of Camden knows very well who lives and owns every single building in their jurisdiction... They have to, in order to levy Council taxes... So I trust them.
  
  We can see listed the address of the street, and there's not even a "30" per se. There's a "29-35" which could include 30, but none has this postal code.
  
  This woman "Louise Millar" is most likely a con artist waiting for your money from abroad, exploiting the fact you are desperate to find a cheap place in Central London.
  
  And I'm willing to bet that she will offer this place at an unbelievable price. Jsut to make it more appealing.

  bedroom flat
  ,with double bed, bathroom 3rd floor in impressive period building.
  Bright and airy flat in good decorative order with a wonderful view
  over the garden square. located at Available
  there is Entry phone, internet
  facilities, close to the train/tube network. Gas central heating.
  Nearest . Plenty of good shops and restaurants close by. Kitchen -
  Farmhouse style with electric cooker, gas hobs, fridge, freezer,
  washer dryer. Well stocked. Plenty of cupboard and worktop space.
  Table with 2 stools. Sitting Room - Very bright and comfortable. Two
  matching sofas. Ornamental fireplace with antique pine surround. TV.
  Master bedroom overlooking the back of the building. Double bed.
  Plenty of wardrobe space and cupboards. Second bedroom / Office has
  single Trundle beds (one bed stored underneath the other). Desk and
  small wardrobe. Bathroom with tub and overhead shower with good
  pressure. WC and hand wash basin.
