  • You can work for a limited time

As far as I know, you can work in a student job without a work permit. Howver, you're not allowed to work fulltime..

I am originally from Bulgaria and I am a student in Germany!since Bulgaria is a non EU country I would like to know what I have to do in order to obtain a work permit for a seasonal job and exactly what kind of permit I need! does it make any difference that I am a student in an EU country neighboring Switzerland?

  • You will need a work permit

With your German student status, you can work for a limited time per year in Germany. However, your student status in Germany does not give you any right to work in Switzerland. But maybe you can inscribe yourself for an exchange period with a Swiss university. That way, you'd get a Swiss student status which allows you to work part-time. Otherwise, you have to apply for a seasonal work permit.
