• Can anyone talk about the pros and cons of a prepaid card versus getting a cell phone? which tends to be cheaper in Hong Kong?

  I think it depends on how long you're planning to stay in Hong Kong! If you stay a longer time, then getting a cell phone with a contract would be better. There are lots of providers, so just shop around and pick the one with the best offer for your phoning habits.
