Gift for a Greek family

• Hello. In few days, I'm going to Athens through students exchange. I will live with some Greek family. I think that would be nice to give them a gift, but I have no idea about it...
  
  Do you have any ideas? What thing would make a Greek family happy of me?

  Hello Kersten, I would recommend taking something from your hometown that cannot be found in Greece (preferaby edible) to share with them together. Greeks are not big on accepting gifts from my experience but love to share something to eat always..
