admission in MBA

Dear Sir i have completed my BBA(Hons) degree i.e sixteen years education degree recently & i want to take admission in MBA(managent studies)Hamburg or any other reputable university (admission without
tuition fee),also it would be better for me to know that whether your university
give this facility to international students or not i.e (admission without tuition fee) further if you can
send me the prospectus & admission dates details on my postal adress is given
