Book of knowledge which will have all the process documents and OPEX documents in the website for any reference at any time

Description : when we raising an Citrix application issue with the NAB team we need to give some of the information in the mail, we are unable to track issue raised and status of the same, the application help in sending out an automatic mails so it reduce the time spent on searching the mail format and changing the fields and it helped in tracking all the issue at one database..

Description : An Automated application has been created for the Issue log and once the issue is raised an automatic mail will be sent to the Transport SPOC and to the transport team. All the issue are tracked in one place and the status of the issues are updated in the application.

Duration : 1 week
Description : Since NAB FIIM team works on Citrix, we have quit a lot of login id's and passwords. It makes the user to forget the passwords for the same and leads the onshore team reset the passwords every time and it delays the process as well. This automation help user to track all there passwords in one database and it will avoid resetting the password from onshore team as well and it’s much secured.
Project5 : SOX Checklist

Duration : 1 week
Description : Checklist has been created to do the checks on the process and avoid error while doing the SOX audit.
Project6 : Draft Close Schedule

Description : A month end application has been created for the month end team, Its a communication application which helps the user to schedule the activity in the month end and complete the activity which help the onshore team to give comments on the activity.

Description : An application has been created to load and report the metrics for the NAB team for more than 5 processes and reporting for the same. This application has been used as a source data for all kind of reporting to the customers.
