FINSHED CONTRACT

• I am a Filipina working as Domestic maid with an expatriate in Dubai Marina.My contract would be finish on December 12,2008 and I got lot of new offers from new employers but my current employer want to send me back to the Philippines because they can not give me a bigger salary that other employers can afford.My question is,can they have the right to send me back to my country because of the stated reason? Please send me your reply,I would appreciate if you could help me regarding this.Thank you very much.

  so you are saying that your current employer would rather send you back home as opposed to letting you transfer to a higher paying household? please clarify

  Can you please advise?
  I have a contract signed to start on the 4th of Jan in Dubai. I am currently still in the UK, awaiting visa and flight confirmation. Can a contact start date for employment and payment be delayed to suite the emploler with out a written change in contract?
