Professional jobs for women

• Now that our kids are off our hands, my partner and I (from the UK, in our mid 40s / early 50s) are considering going to work in Dubai. We are both qualified construction professionals. What is the working environment like for women? Are there many western women working in these kinds of jobs? Is it woman friendly?
