Which university is the best for Mass Commuications?

Hi, I'm Angela from Singapore and I would like to pursue a Mass Communications degree in Dubai. I've a resident visa and have a place of my own in Dubai. I've a full set of 'A' Levels but do not have SAT papers. Would it be necessary to accquire one, if yes, can I do it at the university? How can I go about enrolling into a course? I would really like to have an education in media studies here in Dubai because it is very international and media city hosts many international broadcasting companies. What is the difference between Middlesex university and AUD? Which is better? Please help me with the choices here. I'm deeply appreciative of your time and effort. Thanks alot.
