Black American Muslim Family Safe in Dubai

• Hi. My husband and I are looking to move to Dubai with our three young elementary age children. We are african american and are Muslims. My husband is looking for a telecommunication job and I am in the graphic design field. I will be looking to get my Masters while there as well. My question is whether it is a great place to raise small black kids from the US. Also, how much roughly do yu think it will cost to cover our family? What kind of salry and package should we be seeking? Are the schools and colleges there great as well?
