Looking for financial support on interest basis

Hi,
We are looking to establish a franchisee in Dubai. The parent company is very well established and has a fantastic reputation as well. We have worked on all the basics and the business will be very profitable. Only hitch - since banks in Dubai dont give loans to expats for starting a business we are looking for someone who can help us raise the funds. We are willing to pay an interest on the money and tenure would be 24-36 months.
