  • I am an Indian chef with an experience of 12 years in the best luxury hotel chain in the Myanmar, Malaysia, India, Germany, Singapore, UAE Dubai and Kuwait. Specialized in Indian, Asia and Weston Cuisine. I am well versed with Menu Planning Cost Control, Production Planning, and Organizing & Kitchen Administration.

    I am presently working as Group Indian Chef at Hotel Sutera Harbour Hotel and Resorts Kota Kinabalu Malaysia, with 950 rooms, handling a Marina country Club & golf with four outlets coffee shop capacity 200pax, Fine dinning Indian & Malay cuisine capacity 140 pax, blue lagoon bar and karaoke, golf kitchen capacity150 pax and 2000 capacity banquets with a team of 45 members.
    Possessing multi cuisine background, can-do attitude, and very good relations with staff & management from any environment. I am hands-on chef, business oriented, have excellent leadership, staff training, kitchen management skills. I’m experienced with pre-opening and also when it comes to troubleshooting. Additionally, I am very opening minded, flexible. To keep it short ... I really love my job.
