Looking for sponsorship for an IT professional

  Where can I look for companies which are willing to sponsor a 457 visa for an IT professional?
  
  I am Brazilian, 32 years old, Bachelor in Computer Sciences, hold a Postgraduate degree in Software Process Improvement and currently I am pursuing a PhD degree in IT at UTS, Sydney.
  
  I have over 7 years experience in IT, worked as Project Manager, Project Management Officer, Consultant for software process improvement (CMMi, ISO 15504, ISO 12207), and have skills in SAP, Microsoft Project (Desktop, Server), WBS, PMBOK.
  
  My IELTS score is 8.0 .
  
  I have been looking for a part time job, that I can manage to do with my current TU574 visa (post graduate research) , which has a limitation of 20 hours per week.
  
  I have been looking for more than 2 months and have made lots of applications, mostly looking for ads at SEEK.COM.AU, IT2.COM.AU and JobServe.com.au
  
  Is there any boards where the employers are willing to provide sponsorship or someone who has been successful obtaining a 457 visa as an IT worker.
