please help me and my brothers

i am a ugandan boy aged 19years with three brothers. both my parents are alive and we live in kampala. my father is a primary teacher and about to retire, my mother is a house wife. i am out of school because of lack of money, my follower has he same story. it is only our last born in school just because he is still in primary and is favoured by my father's position at school. the little money that my father gets is used for feeding at home and paying house rent. someone please come to our rescue.
