Expired Tourist Visa

• Does anyone know how to extent a tourist visa that just expired...I've heard you can pay a penalty without having to leave the country. Thanks

  my is kofi kattey i want tourist visa to enable me visit and tour argentina but there is no Argentina embassy in ghana.
  Please can i forward my visa fees and other document to immigration argentina to send me the visa direct or what kind i do to visit?
