Withdrawing large sums abroad from US banks

• I'm renting an apt here in BA and have not found a good option for withdrawing/transferring the appropriate funds to pay rent. the ATMs here only allow you to withdraw about US$100 or AR$320, and my bank charges me each time. Anyone with any ideas?
