work in Poland? is an interest in Argentina?

• As a family, we spent seweral years traweling and working in number of European countries. Now we go back to Warsaw in Poland (European Union member). We have a great 3 years old boy. Due to many reasons we want him to pick up also Spanish (he is very good in English already). Do you think that it would be possible to invite the energetic, positive lady with English base from Argentina for 2-3 years very fair (and official) nanny contract?
