Moving to Spain

• Hello all,
  
  is there anywhere in a website I can go to that can allow me to get my resident permit and NIE. Or will I have to do everything at a embassy ?? Please any info will be great. Wanting to live in Spain for good, and do not want to come back to USA. I am ready for a new life.
