pension rights of a non-working wife
Currently none really, except for a survivor's pension in case of the husband's death, if the husband worked or was entiteled to a pension in Luxembourg.
There's also the "forfait d'éducation", commonly named "Mammerent" (=mother's pension), a small amount of money paid monthly when you passed the age of 60 and have given birth to a child / children while living in Luxembourg.Tine 13 Mär 2007, 01:20 - Verstoß melden -
Pension contribution
I am a EU citizen, worked for five years in Luxembourg and made contributions to my pension, Centre Coummun de la Securite Social, and now live in the US, will I be able to get a refund or do I have to wait until I'm 65. Thanks!

pension refund
Hello,
I was working in Luxembourg for 18 months and was paying my pension regularly. I quit my job a few months back. What happens to the pension that I paid. Will I get a refund?

hello,
you are not entitle to a pension refund. The money is payable at the age of 65.kate 08 Jul 2009, 06:27 - Verstoß melden
