WHAT IF A PERSON IS BORN TO A FORIEGNER IN DUBAI??

• HI!!! my name is Shahid and i am born in dubai and raised there fo upto 9 years ( approxx 10 years) do i have any right to gain citizenship or something equivilant to tht such as permanent residentship?? well to be noted that my parents are from Pakistan .and my dad was in service for 15 +years in the Dubai airforce. PLZ PLZ can someone help me out in it ?? LOADS OF THNXXXX
