apply for work permit from inside Canada ?

• Hi, I am a european pass holder and want to move to Canada. I can enter the country and stay up to 6 months without a visa fortunatly. To work there I will need a work permit. Can I apply for this work permit (temperarly or permanent) from inside Canada after getting a job offer from a local employer? And how long does it take to get an answer? Has anybody made this experience before?

  You can apply for a work permit frm inside Canada. Also you can fill the PNP program, Provincial Nomine Program, that would accelerate your process if an employer can prove that he needs your skills
