Completing Immigration forms

• There is a question that asks how much transferable money you have available at the moment of completing the initial immigration form.
  I actually dont have any money free at the moment but if I was to be given residency right now i would cash in shares/sell house/car etc.
  Shall i just lie a little bit.
  I am also unsure about the points scheme on the skilled worker test thing as by the time immigration comes around I will have picked up at least an extra year or 2 of work experience and currently I am hovering around the 67 point mark depending on if im giving answers for a year or mores time.
